Dr. Oli Mival is a highly experienced UX professional bridging the gap between academic theory and research to industry practice and implementation. A Masters in Psychology and a PhD in Computer Science has led to an approach of a specific philosophy, for the successful implementation of technology to enhance and augment people's activities and not to get in the way, as can so often be the case. Put simply, it's people first, technology second. Oli Mival is now Head of User Research at Skyscanner, helping to drive and inform their strategic and tactical decision-making process.

Danielle recently joined TransferWise as Head of Design Research. Previously she was Head of UX Research at Receipt Bank, managing a great team of researchers and defining UX research best practice. Leading in this space meant influencing strategy and organisational priorities to provide diverse user bases with intuitive, satisfying, delightful experiences.
