Richard Earley is the Director of Digital Experience Design at Pandora. Richard started out in digital over 20 years ago and has worked at agencies such as Detica, MRM, and LBi where he worked for clients across the public and private sectors. Richard then moved brand-side to build and lead UX Design teams at Virgin Media, Photobox, New Look, and now Pandora. His role as a Design Leader is to help his team (and others, including Customers) make better decisions.

At Pandora he sits in the Digital & Technology team, overseeing UX Design, Service Design and User Research for both the global eCommerce site as well as Retail Digital Experience.

Pandora is the much-loved jewellery manufacturer and retailer which started out as a family-run jewellery shop in Copenhagen in 1982 and is now very well known for its customisable charm bracelets, designer rings, necklaces, and watches.
