Currently Head of Design at Homeday GmbH, Marvin has been in the design field for nearly 20 years. He originally started out in what used to be called web design, but as he always wanted true value with his design, UX was a natural next step. Throughout his career, Marvin has been fortunate enough to work with some amazingly supportive people who helped him grow as a person, a designer and lead him to build a career along the way.

Today Marvin’s main focus lies in building design teams and empowering designers to be great partners to their peers and colleagues. Marvin believes that one of the powers of a great design organisation lies in bringing out the best in teams by fostering great collaboration.

Homeday GmbH is a hybrid realtor based in Berlin, Germany. They are on a mission to make buying and selling a property delightful while saving customers thousands of Euros in commission along the way.
