Michelle Lotia leads the product and consumer research team at Trainline based in London, the one-stop-shop that brings together train routes, fares and journey times across the UK and Europe. Over the last 20 years she’s led UX design and research initiatives in multiple countries, both in-house and agency, and brought many products to market in e-commerce, learning management, collaboration, and travel. Michelle thrives on the challenges of running lean, collaborative user research across countries.
