Arielle specializes in innovation for companies that have found themselves in a position to invent or reinvent their models. She has worked with music artists such as OK Go and Amanda Palmer to build and monetize their talent as digital-led artists. Arielle has also worked with Sierra Club, the US’s largest environment non-profit as Product Head to reinvigorate their digital strategy and products, winning a Webby Honoree Award for one of her products. After a stint on Mozilla‘s Open Innovation team, working on tooling for the Open Source Community, Arielle joined, Berlin based, Small Improvements as VP of Product, to further innovate HR tech and the future of work.
