Samantha’s been a user researcher for over a decade. Her experience spans different industries and organisations, from start-ups, scale-ups to international corporates, and everything in-between, including a short stint in public services. In 2017, Samantha joined fintech scale-up Monzo, where she established the user research practice and built a team. Samantha recently joined Zoopla as Head Of User Research, to help them re-imagine the home-owning experience across all sides of the marketplace.
